FOOD & DRINKS
Yes, food and drinks can be catered in by a vendor of your choice at no additional cost. You must be present for all deliveries. There may be an additional cost if you cannot be present for deliveries and they are received by a Turbine Flats employee.
Yes, there is a cut-out space located right outside of the Resonator doors that is perfect for a food truck.
Not exactly. We have a shared space that includes a sink and refrigerator if needed. We cannot guarantee space in the fridge.
LIQUOR
Licensing is required if you are selling alcohol. The event needs a special designated license and is required to be catered by a licensed liquor caterer.
If it's a free, private event, you may serve alcohol as long as it is not sold.
As long as there is NO FINANCIAL TRANSACTION tied to the consumption of alcohol, a license is not required. This means you cannot charge admission to an event with alcohol present. [See 'can we sell liquor' if you will be charging an admission]

Yes, we have the following available.

Yes, all of the spaces are located on the main level of the building.

Yes, the Resonator space is equipped with an AV system consisting of the following:
- Bluetooth Sound System (included with your rental)
- Projector and Screen ($25 additional cost)
- Wired and Wireless Microphones ($10 per microphone, additional cost)
- Lighting System ($10 additional cost)

Yes! We have a baby changing station located in the lefthand single stall restroom in the back hallway on the first floor. Check out our map of the first floor to see where!
PARKING
Yes, there is a parking lot located on the west side of the building. Street parking is also available near the building. Parking near the building cannot be guaranteed for your event during business hours Monday-Friday.
